Eight years ago, I started training with Sir Nicholas Mostyn. His initial goal was to get in shape for his next adventure: heli-skiing in Canada!

We trained for a few months, he went, and he loved it. Ever since he returned, he's been talking about this trip!

Five years ago, he was diagnosed with Parkinson's. From the beginning, we agreed to prioritise his health, and we started an intensive exercise regimen. Exercise is the only method proven to slow down or contain the progression of the illness.

With a combination of medication and specifically designed exercise routines, he's managed to keep the condition and its symptoms at bay for five years. Not only that, he's fitter and stronger than he was eight years ago when he first went to Canada! And this year, we went on this adventure together.

In this video below, I show some of the exercises we do during our sessions and the results.

His determination and approach to life are truly inspiring. I hope you enjoy the video!
